Gloves

The gloves are knitted wool/nylon and the heater wires are threaded into the knit down the palm side of the fingers (not the thumbs).
Because of the restriction of the weight factor we produce battery packs which consist of four NiMH rechargeable AA batteries which produce 4.8 volts and are fitted with a clip which can be hooked onto the wrist section of the glove (one per wrist).
Disposable batteries may be used which will give you a higher voltage and therefore more heat, but are an expensive alternative.
The gloves are not designed to be hot which can cause further problems but rather a gentle warmth down the fingers.
We can provide gloves for different power supplies for wheel chairs, fork-lift trucks etc., which are normally 12 volts.
We can also supply a 12 volt battery which weighs 1.3 Kgs. and measures 135mm x 67mm x 67mm.
